ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Delete your account

Every Track Command user can delete their personal account from inside the app. This page also explains what happens to shared team history.

Delete inside Track Command

  1. Sign in to Track Command.
  2. Use the Personal account control on this page, or open Settings → My account in the app.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Enter your current password and type DELETE. If a program-renewal acknowledgment appears, review it before confirming.

Deletion is immediate and signs the account out everywhere. This flow is available to athletes, parents or guardians, assistant coaches, strength coaches, Head Coaches, and a sole Head Coach.

If you manage program billing

If your account owns an ongoing program subscription, deletion asks you to confirm that renewal will stop. Track Command verifies the subscription before deleting personal data. Any remaining paid or trial access keeps its existing end date; existing invoices remain due. If billing cannot be verified or requires review, deletion pauses and explains how to get help. To keep the program renewing under another owner, arrange the billing transfer through support before deleting your account.

What is removed

Your login, email tied to that login, password credentials, password-reset tokens, active sessions, private wellness responses, recruiting profile, authored notes/comments, and personal free-text training notes are removed or cleared. Your team-member identity is unlinked from the login and archived as “Deleted account.” After the server confirms deletion, this device’s saved practice entries, timer drafts, and cached practice sessions for that account are cleared. Other accounts’ practice data and device preferences stay in place. If damaged or inaccessible storage prevents complete cleanup, the app tells you how to clear local data on the device.

What may remain with the program

Track Command is shared team software. Workouts, assignments, competition marks, PRs, meet entries, training attempts, and related historical performance records can remain with the organization so the program record is not broken. Personal free-text fields associated with the deleted athlete are cleared where those shared records remain.

Can’t sign in?

If you cannot access the in-app deletion control, use support or email accounts@bplabsllc.com from the address associated with the account. BP Labs may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Shared team ownership

A sole Head Coach can delete their personal login without forcing deletion of team-owned history. If a program needs ownership transferred or the organization’s shared data closed, contact support separately.
